The Wilhelmshaven Stahlhandel and cutting service GmbH has once again expanded its machine park. The company works with a State of the art CNC machinery. In addition to the conventional laser, oxyfuel, and Wasserstrahschneidemaschinen the WSZ GmbH now also has a new sand blasting machines of the company Gietart type GW 1500-410. The sand blasting process enables cleaning and Roughening of the surface by abrasive-blasted with compressed air using 4 turbines on the surface. The required level of cleaning is dependent on the option of below to be applied on surface protection. Depending on the type of beam, the result leads to a different surface structure of the material.
The GW 1500-410 works with round abrasive d 0.9-1.2 mm, 45-51, or Jet grain d 0.9-1.2 mm, 1.700N/mm2 both in first-class quality. The machine has an inlet opening width 1,600 mm, 650 mm height. WSZ enables also quality SA 2.5 for sheet metal processing its customers now to 1,500 mm wide and 600mm height, as well as profiles the sand blasting offer up to 1,000 mm height. The company has currently 15 employees. The WSZ customers include companies such as Manitwoc, Nordenham Airbus or the Volkswagen factory in Emden, and numerous regional machine construction company and local Locksmiths.
